Hi I posted recently about MILD headaches that rarely require painkiller. I just start imagining tumors & other horrors which I know in my heart it's not but just get HORRIBLY ANXIOUS. My daughter who 's 20 has a two and half yr old son who I adore & he's a beautiful child. I've been watching him two days a wk so my daughter can work. The problem is that I find it difficult watching a baby. He's well behaved, but he's still a toddler. I just have a rough time with overstimulation. I am EXTREMELY SENSITIVE to bright lights, noise, crowds. It really sets off my anxiety. I require a LOT of peace & quiet. I really need feedback & communication. I feel a lot like I can't turn my mind off from fear & anxiety. I do take Xanax which helps, but I need human feedback. Any opinions or feedback would be much appreciated. Thank You.
