Anxiety/Depression

Hi everyone, I am a 41 year old lady who has been on several antidepressant tablets for the last 18 years. I am now on Venflaxine and have been for the past 8 months, they have been great, but hese last few weeks I have had more down days. I know we all get days like this, but I know the signs and it's not good. Really don't want to go up a dose. I am on 75mg.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sometimes we just need a break from feeling crappy and if that means a bit more meds than so be it. Just be sure that the medication will work if you need a higher dose so really grill your doctor on this so you know exactly what its going to take to get the relief you :)need.
