Mirtazapine

Hi, been prescribed Mirtazapine today, first meds that I'm going to try. Anybody using this. Please let me know ASAP, any side effects? Any probs?

If you search there are lots of threads on mirtazipine....a few of us use it on here. For me it is the best AD I have used...got me out of a very dark place. Side effects that you could expect are feeling drunk/dizzy for the first few days and I had a massive increase in appetite. I did gain weight on it.

Good luck with it but search through the mirtazipine threads and that should help you further.

I have been taking Mirtazapine for about three years, the only side effect I have experienced is an increased apetite.
