On first glance this website looks an absolute godsend. Feel a little bit lost of ways to turn, and feel like the walls are about to come off.

What started as driving anxiety, has developed into travel anxiety and panic attacks. Barely able to get about these days, causing problems at home, refused CBT.

Need to at least be making small steps forward as its getting me down. Which meds are best?

Hi Sirpanic,

Know exactly how you feel. But meds wont help you, you should see a specialised Doc. What can help you on your Journey to overcome the panic is anti-depressive meds like citalopram, but they work best with a therapy. Dont take meds like valium, they will only ad a new problem and are not helping -you arent allowed to drive when taking such meds anyway.
Best

Its more than just a driving issue now anyway. I cant travel by plane or even as a car passenger.

Apparently they would help?
