Newbie with a question

Hi,

Just wanted to say hi and ask, if anyone has a tip for me: in the daytime, i get along well, but i wake up every night having a panic attack (Heart beating fast etc). Its hard to do anything against it, all my techniques just work when im awake, i cant control it while im asleep...anyone experiences that could help??

I use an app called anxiety free that I listen to and it helps me get to sleep every time, it's hard to stop 'thinking' at night so you need something to occupy your mind instead of focussing on your symptoms x
