I don't know what to do, I'm 23 years old but for some reason I can't handle it.

I have been through the seperation anxiety, I used to think that only dogs suffered with this, because my Greyhound has it!!!!!
You must find ways to fill your time, start making plans now.
I made myself go into town most days even though I suffer with SA.
Read, play computer games, clean the house, get out and do the garden if you have one, go for a walk.

Its my separation anxiety & the fact I know I'm not going to see them for a week.
I also panic that something bad will happen e.g. they end up getting in an accident/I can't get in touch or whatever it may be. I also find change difficult to deal with & like things to stay consistent.
Im not a fan of being in the house alone either. I have a little plan but my worst times are early morning and last thing at night. I'm worried Il be ringing them every 5 mins.
