Hello, i'm new and looking for stories of recovery. I've suffered from anxiety and panic for many years but had a major melt down recently following a nasty viral illness. For the first time I am under the care of a mental health team and when I am ill life does not seem worth living. :weep: I feel demoralised and exhausted and am hoping to hear from people who have also been this low but managed to get past it. Thanks for listening :)
