Hi everyone, just wanted to share that yesterday i went into work for the first time in two months. It was only over lunchtime but i haven't seen or spoken to my colleagues or been in the building for two months. They were so welcoming and pleased to see me. i was so pleased to make it in and not to panic when i was there. Just want people to know that it can be done. I hope to go in again over the next couple of weeks to build up my confidence ready for September when I go back. :D[Yeah!]

Well done Daisy thats fantastic
i have also just finished my first week back at work for about 6 weeks & its been much better than i thought, each day got better & better. I still get a lift there & back & i hate to bother anyone but at least going back to work i feel normal & useful :)
All my work colleagues were really supportive & my patients were really pleased to see me.
Keep going back daisy & each time it will be easier.
im so pleased u had a good experience :)
it takes massive courage to do what everyone else doesnt think about, that is what makes all of us here so much braver than anyone else :)

Thank you all for your lovely and kind responses. i am just bubbling at the moment which is lovely, went out to the clothes shop today and bought some new clothes - yippee! Thanks for all the support, i really appreciate the friends i have made here
