Strange Sensations Left Side

Ok so my headache is a lot better but now I cant shift the pins and needles kind of feeling in left hand, left leg and foot. Its an odd sensation not quite pins and needles! I have had it about a week now, and getting really worried for a change :weep: Anyone else had this please?

I have had a similar feeling in left leg and foot for about 6 weeks - not numb to touch but doesn't feel right. I wonder if it's due to tensing the muscles and then worrying about the sensation being something serious. I think it would get worse if it was anything serious!
