headaches, neck pain

hi there!

Im suffering awful headaches, (for a few weeks now) and I have a really sore neck, also pain in my hands and down my leg. I'm sure I have social anxiety. I've never seen the doctor about anxiety before- I find going to the doctor unhelpful most of the time. I have lots of codiene from when I hurt my back- it seems they just give drugs. I link my anxiety from feeling insecure about my place in the world.

any one else feel the same?
