up my doze?

I am due to start back at work on wed but Im unsure weather to up my doze on Monday from half 10mg to a full 10 as i still feel anxous about going out but don't have such bad side affects!like dizziness and so out of touch with reality.so i was wondering do the side affects get worse again when you up it?if so maybe i should go for it to save me having to take more time off when i do?x

I had bad SE effects on starting Cit the things you describe but was being treated for anxiety to who knows, i can say i increased 2 times up to 30mg and each time felt nothing. Im sure you will be fine x

Did you start on 5mg?i am also being treated for anxiety it makes you wonder why some people don't suffer the side affect as much as others?i may try leaving the house today and in for a walk : / x
