Brilliant day gone bad ?

Ok so had an amazing day been brilliant but I went to far and started to drink beer and then shots I'm not a drinker I never drink ever but I was wasted really bad but now I'm sobared up thrown up twice fell asleep for about 30 mins and woke up with wat feels like hard palpitations made me abit panicy I allso feel bits of pain now and then plus headache already :weep:

Are these feelings normal ?

Hiya, just read your post what your getting is normal me and my hubby always get this after drinking heavy. I dont really drink too but when i do i always get these symptoms the day after especially the palpitations and panic.
Drink plenty of water and try to rest :-) take care hope this helps.

Hi cass thanks its not the day after its the same day lol that's wat panicked me because I'm feeling achy all over and not sure why
