Was snatched from sleep earlier by a major panic resulting from a confused dream. Calmed myself down, went back to sleep, five minutes later, bang - the same again; then the same again.

Very trying, but I feel absolutely calm now - proving that the storm is less than meets the eye.

Tired though. :O)

Hi Nick,

Sorry you had a bad night. I know how that feels, jumping awake every 5 minutes with torrid dreams in between. It is exhausting but rest assured it does get better. Try to keep relaxed today and hopefully you'll sleep like a baby tonight.

Hi nick,
sorry to hear you lost so much sleep due to panic, I know how much disorientation this can cause. Sometimes I've found its best to try and wake up fully before trying to sleep again.
Hope you dont feel too bad today, and have a better night tonite!
