Can anyone recommend a urologist?

I just wanted to ask if anyone in the north-west of the UK (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Manchester, Birmingham) can recommend a urologist?

I need to have a cystoscopy and walked out of the last hospital I went to in Stoke-on-Trent as the urologist just wasn't helpful with my anxiety. I just want to see someone who will listen to my worries, offer me sedation and just generally treat me like a human being rather than a car that's been dropped off for its MOT.

Thanks, it's good to get an idea of which urologists may be a little more helpful and understanding than the last one I saw.
