Hi folks
Hope you are all hanging in there and fighting the battle us anxiety sufferers have to deal with someitmes on a daily basis!
Well I have had a good run of it lately and have been living a normal life after going up to 225mg of my Effexor XL.
However after a good lenth with no anxiety it snook up on me today at around 1pm, and it feels as new and as scarey as ever before! Its amazing when you think about how many times how many years you have suffered with the same feelings, yet everytime it comes back it still feels like you cant cope and its NEW!
I got drunk last Friday and took headache pills for 2 days afterwards so I am guessing that might have pooped my meds out, either that or taken my meds at the wrong times or I had a rough night sleep!
Its hard to know, anyhow heres hoping it only lasts for today and is gone tomorrow!
