best time to take sert

hi all!
was hoping someone could give me some advice on the best time to take sert? i am currently taking 50mg and im taking it around six pm. problem is im not getting hardly any sleep and i feel awful by the morning. was wondering if i would be better off taking it first thing in the morning?

I've always taken mine in the morning as advised by my doctor. The same for any SSRI I've been on.

think i may start taking mine in the morning to, my doctor told me either morning or evening! but to be honest ive lost a lot of faith in my doctor recently!
