strange prickling in finger

Since yesterday the ring finger on my right has had a weird pricking sensation in it, not Ll the time not .sure if it because I am wearing a new bra and the straps may be too tight, but for some reason has put me in a complete panic am thinking some sort of nerve disease, or is it just cos I am focusing on it help

I have had this prickling in one finger a few times, not always the same finger and I thought it was because I had picked up something heavy while gardening like a plant pot, or once it started after I had carried some heavy shopping bags, so I presumed that I had slightly upset a nerve in the finger. It usually only lasts a day or two. I do hope this helps, please don't worry too much about it:)

Try drinking Complan in case you're lacking in something.
Or if your back or shoulders are tense it can cause numbness, pins n needles in your baby finger and ring finger, well in me any way :)
