I think I had a panic attack during dental surgery....

Today I had to have a tooth out and a small cavity done, I was OK at first but then when the treatment started I began to feel that familiar tingling sensation all over my body and I did get a bit tearful too. I know nobody likes the dentist, but it just felt to me like I was suddenly struck with panic, what do others think?

Well I think its not surprising feeling panicky at the dentist and having a tooth out is fairly traumatic, I have to go to the hospital dentist at the end of August to have a broken tooth removed which my normal dentist wont even attempt so thats scares me

Dont beat your self up, many people would have panic attacks at the dentist

I have to get wisdom teeth removed out too! Hope ur feeling better
