tiny little black bits in ones poo

please help-does anybody else get little black bits in their poo-i check my poo all the time and if its not perfect i check again and again.please help love pete

I think it is usually food that does it.

Please try to stop checking though as poo changes colour/shape and size every day

Yes had black bits too. Will be food as old blood would not form into tiny bits. I've had this worry before and it's definitely something you can forget about.
