hi margaret. Im new on here, how are you? Im out of action at mo with a bad back. I have had panick attacks in the past. Do you feel like you cant breathe when you have one? Last one I had was when I last hurt my back and couldnt move.

Hi Margaret, Im also new. Sorry to hear you are suffering, I have depression and anxiety. Have you been given meds at all? I do find that with the meds and the CBT my symptoms aren't as bad.
