Severe muscle pain lower left side!

Yesterday i woke up in agony if I tense my abdomen, cough, sneeze etc it's only the lower left side. I think it kinda hurts too when I need to poo or pass wind. It's really sore to touch also! I haven't injured my stomach so why the agony!!! I'm thinking all sorts it's cancer effecting my muscles or it's a huge tumour pressing on them! I had a colonoscopy a year ago all was ok.

I'm so scared I can't see my dr till Tuesday.
