Hi for some reason the other day I was getting a burning sensation in my arm and when I looked I could notice my veins in the underside of my arms I can see all the blue. Wins I'm sure I could t see before I showed the doctor as I rhought was to do with my heart he said its not and I had a full echo done 3 years ago and was perfect anyone else see there veins on the underside of the arms

Also I've quit smoking 2 week ago and my pulse seams to be about 88 when I'm say down slower than it was I'm worried my heart is failing

Thanks I couldn't see em before I'm sure I can see loads of them now I'm sure I couldn't see them before but since I quit smoking my heart seams slower I had full echo scan 3 year ago and was perfect how long would it take to develop heart disease

Your heart will be slower cos of the not smoking as nicotine makes the heart race.

There is no answer to the heart disease question I am afraid.

It's hard to explain lol but I have lots of thick blue veins in my arm and fore arm that I'm sure I didn't have ti I looked outer day

So of you turn your wrist over you can see thick blue veins

yup i can see veins clearly. I think it is cos of the heat they are more prominent

mine are bulging out in the wrist too so very prominent
