Hi guys, I know there are many out there but I find it really helps me getting my story out there and if it can help anyone else too that is a massive bonus!

I've made a new blog and I hope some of you will be able to read it!

I'm just explaining my anxiety background at the moment but I am going to post my best tips that I am trying to put into practice to overcome some of the worst symptoms.
