Good day gone bad ?

So had a brilliant day went to a party had yet another drink but I am not a drinker so it's made me abit drunk had some fun throwing each other in a pool now I'm home feeling very anxious and panicy is it through the beer ?

Not sure on this one my heart feels like its gona go mad but I'm on my ps3 trying to take my kind of it not eaten much either so I have just ordered a takeaway see if it helps anyone else get like this after drinking :unsure:

alcohol will increase heart rate but that is normal - try not to worry about it - anxiety and alcohol dont mix my friend :)

Yes I thought not but it's like I'm gona have a heart panic attack any minute trying not to think about it

dont called it panic attack - call it an 'energy surge' - thats all it is mate - its your body sensing danger - but there is no danger - u are safe - u will be ok.....
