Chewed tablet

Hi,
Can anyone help me! I accidentally chewed a 10mg cipralax tablet, and am now panicking what will happen! Any body know or done same thing etc

Are you taking them in general or just by mistake.... Nothing woul happen if it were a once off.... U might feel a bit funny but nothing harmful unless your alergic to anything?
