Just wondering does anyone take or know of any medications
natural or prescribed by their doctors that has helped with the above

I had this for years and medication never helped at all.

Thanks so much for your reply, do you mind me asking what was your symptoms for
DP and what did you do to help yourself to get over it
It really is so frightening and I cry and literally shake with fear.......Just feels so unfair to
have this on top of anxiety, depression and OCD.......but i try to stay positive by thinking there are people alot worse off than myself
