It helps to identify what is causing it, but I don't know if it will help to cure it. Its a very complex condition, and I dare say that it would differ from person to person.

How do you find out what triggers anxiety ? I wish i knew what is causing it. It seems to be completely random, just comes out of nowhere like a wave of feelings and thoughts coming over me.
