I'm on 20mg of citalopram and I'm still very panicy and axious, so the doctor gave me 2mg of diazepam to take up to 3 times a day if needed, I'm going through a really rough patch but I'm so scared to take one :( but I need something to help me :( please let me know how there gonna make me feel please?? Thanks. X

You will feel relaxed - I used to split one in half and that was enough for me.

How are they going to make you feel?

Well if your anything like me then it will just feel like you do normally but without anxiety or it greatly reduced.

I have never felt tired on them or 'spaced out'. Just me with no anxiety.

They are quite safe, been around for decades. 2mg is a very small dose to start with. You can always cut it in half if you want but personally I would take a whole one and see how you go.
