Hello all

I'm 31, Female, live in Scotland and have 2 children.

Since I was 19 I have suffered from panic attacks and toilet phobia (scared of being away from toilet) and I joined here today after doing a search for toilet phobia your wonderful forum popped up.

I have already read messages from other people suffering the exact same thing and I am amazed to find that I am not alone, I'm not mad.

I look forward to 'meeting' you all :)

My friends daughter had toilet anxiety for about 3 years, she was not even it here teens at the time, she had suffered a traumatic event and after seeing a Clinical Psychologist, she was able to get on with her life.

Nice to know that there is life after anxiety.
