Pain under collar bone

Hi

I am having sharp pains around just under my left collarbone which is making me panic. Please someone confirm that this is anxiety related.

I ve had this pain and after a lot of anxious thinking, it turned out it was my pillow... but just in case if the pain persist, a visit to your doctor won t do any harm. Maybe even bad posture from pc etc.
