Unable to feel the heat

Up until an hour ago I couldn't feel this heat. It's been really hot here but until an hour ago I couldn't feel it at all, then it suddenly hit me. Does anyone else have problems feeling hot and cold when they're panicked?

Hi there, I believe this is common, i think when we are panicked we are so wrapped up in those awful symptoms we forget all around us. Have a lovely cool shower and pamper yourself, something nice and light to eta and lots of fluids!!!! (water, of course). xxx
