I used to always get these since i was a teen.
it happened very rarely though so i never paid any attention to them.
But ever since i had bad anxiety and panic past 3 years.
i notice this feeling like my heart is beating or thumping really hard and i can just feel it and its quite frightening. It feels like its thumping in my throat though. then my throat will feel weird. It only happens when i lay on my right side also.
I never cared about them before but lately they are frequent.
ive had chest x rays and blood test and all that done. everything came back normal.. but im just wondering if this happens to anyone else?
Is it anxiety related or should i go see a cardiologist? :unsure:
