hi from the isle of man

i've had quite a stressful year so far but recently i have been having shaking/dizzy spells and i'm wondering if these are panic attacks? I find it really embarassing and it doesnt occur only in new situations - i was in the post office an hour or so ago when the shaking/tremors started - i just wanted to run! I felt feint and jittery and nervous and that is not like me at all. Help!!!!!

It does sound like anxiety to me, but if you are unsure go to your GP for advice.:D

Hi yes definately sounds like a spot of anxiety problems i would go to your GP for advice.

Do not see many on here from the isle of man,my son works on the isle of man.:) Richard.

Those symptons sound familiar....definately worth a trip to the Dr's to be checked out.
