Breastbone & Arm Pains

I keep getting pains in my breastbone and random pains in the tops of my arms this has been happening on and off for months. Scared a heart attack is coming :weep:

Have you seen a GP for your HA?

I can come up with the symptoms of every illness out there when I'm unwell. I DO get aches and pains like mad when anxious.
