throat terrors in the night

hi can anyone tell me if globus can wake you up in the night please, also does anyone have a sensation like theres food stuck in windpipe after eating and also when eating sometimes i cant seem to swallow it for a about 20 seconds or so is this normal with globus:unsure:

i get it before i go bed and when i wake up. i suppose it can wake u up

Well I have reccuring nightmares where I have swallowed things over the years. These nightmares wake me up and even after I have woken up it will take me a good half an hour to an hour for me to be able to persuade myself I haven't eaten the object or just forget about it and go back to sleep. I've dreamt I've swalled an AA battery and woke up making choking sounds, coughing and struggling to breath. Other items include and pin, chewing gum is a common recurring one for me, a stone and many other things.
