my throat plz help

right now for 3 years ive felt like sumthing is stuck in my thoat i have to keep trying to clear my throat it makes me heave and i am sick of it. is in anxiety related plz help. oh and to get rid of it i have to eat extra strong mints lots of them i go though 2 or 3 mybe more tubes a day.:mad:

I have had this for many many years and it comes and goes with anxiety and drives me mad.

The only thing that helps me is one of those neck warmers that you warm in the microwave.
