Hello, im a 16 year old girl with bad HA.
Lately after coming back from a weekend festival, my feet have been really cold all the time.
I just started my period which gave me really bad pains, my mum says its because i have been staying in bed for so long and not moving about.
But i keep thinking its bad circulation or something :( They are not numb or anything, but i have been suffering from really bad night sweats also, im not sure if that is related to my period or not because i have never had them before.
Worrying like mad :(
