Really sorry Spuder,

I usually try and get some fresh air, move away from the situation for a few minutes just to get my breath back, It is difficult when you are in a busy surgery/hospital, but I am sure that if you told them you were anxious, that they would understand, they are only human after all.

Hey spuder, I have suffered with anxiety now for years. I'm always going to the doctors and nearly every time I ennd up having a bad panic attack. For me it's being alone round people I don't know. What I like to do is turn up 10 minutes early and have a chat on the phone outside with a family member or friend. I find that a phone call tends to take your mind else where which in turn helps reduce stress

Hello spudder
I am so sorry your struggling with anxiety so much. It is the worst thing people have to deal with on a daily basis. I used to struggle a lot and its horrible. We just have to take small steps and not put too much pressure on ourself. It depends how much its effecting you? Do you struggle getting out and socialising? With panick attacks I tend to take myself off on my own and breath calmly and count to 10 that usually works. Message me anytime :) I hope you feel better soon xxx

i hate it too. i'm slowly recovering , just dealing with the "after math" which is basically dealing with episodes of depression and questioning. I find distraction is the best thing , sitting round on ur butt worrying all day is the worst thing anyone can do
