Really worried about a spot - advice please

hi, i have just noticed a small spot in my arm pit. its got a white head. im really panicking. can you get spots there? is it just a spot? anyone had this?

Probably a boil - I get them in my armpits a lot

ok do you think it will just go on its own?

You have to squeeze them usually to get the pus out and they can take a few weeks to go completely. I have one at the moment
