Not sure what's wrong I feel very nausious feel I'll crampy back like a uncomfortable feeling feel general I'll no runny nose or cough just feel horrible

But it's worrieing me I'm starting to panic what's wrong with me I've just do e the nhs symptom checker and it was useless I just want to feel better been like it all day at work :weep::weep:

We all get aches and pains and problems and have to deal with them to be honest.
