Hi everyone,

I have been experiencing panic attacks, anxiety and depression since I was 15. I also get migraines with aura which I know are mostly stress related. I'm 40 now and have had all sorts of ups and downs over the years and have tried all sorts of remedies and medications. I have been dipping in and out of this site for about 4 years now and finally decided I should register. Hopefully I might be able to offer some useful advice to you guys in exchange for all the help and reassurance I've had from you over the years. :)
