Extreme Guilt

I have been going through a terrible bout of ROCD for a while now. It's slowly improving even though I'm terrified that I've damaged things with my boyfriend. He claims that nothing is damaged. Lately, I'd say within the past few weeks, I've been freaking out because I've been noticing that I get butterflies around certain attractive guys. I love my boyfriend and am a very faithful person. I would never act upon these feelings. In fact I wish I didn't have them towards other men. It seems to be with a couple of guys I used to work with who I had flings with. It's like my body's automatic response to make me feel "excited" when they send me a message or something. I feel horrible.
First my ROCD makes me doubt my love, now this?
Is it normal to get these feelings?
