I have been seizure free (grand mal) for about 8 years now, and I've only had one grand mal. I am very well medicated but still have terrible anxiety and worry obsessively about having a seizure. The fact that you never know when they're coming scares me.
I just woke up extremely dizzy with a very bad upset stomach. My boyfriend accidentally woke me up. Initially I was very confused and I worried that it was the precursor to a seizure. The confusion has since worn off and I have more of an upset stomach now.
I don't think it could be food poisoning since we had a big get together today and everyone ate the same food. Everyone seems fine.
I'm wondering if I could have gotten overheated and if that's why I feel this way. I went and sat in a room with fresh air and I felt better.
Do I even need to worry? Thanks.
