lately i have had a really tight throat everyday, i dont have cold or flu so i cant relate it to that, but its like a feelin as if my throat is closing up and also just really tight like someone has there hands around my neck, its really uncomfortable and its worrying me, is this normal sign of anxiety? can anxiety cause this? or am i allergic to everything i eat or what.?
