Hello people :)
I have been really struggling to go to my course. Which is three times a week. I think its because I feel really comfortable in my flat when I leave my anxiety kicks in.
Today I pushed myself to go. And for the first 2 hours I did reallky well and actually enjoyed it. But for the third hour I really started panicking. I felt like I couldn't breath I was shacking and couldn't focus on anything.
It felt awful at the time. But when I got back to my flat I realised how well I had done. By going there and staying even when it was really hard. I am proud of myself xxxx :)
