Hey everyone anyone interested in getting fit ?

I am wanting to get fit and looking for a buddy of any gender that wants to do the same stuff like coming up with a workout regime together and keeping in touch etc etc thought it might be nice to share the experience with someone :)

I live in newcastle and recommend kettlebells for fitness. Also gives the mind something to concentrate on :)
