heyy im kelly 19 from leeds
ive suffered from depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder for 6 years now.
the anxiety has now manifested its self into trichotillomania which sucks tbh.
ive attempted suicide 5 times and the feeling of wanting to havent suppressed them selves.
ive tried psychotherapy and anti depressants which dont seem to work and the psychiatrist i saw dont seem to think im at any risk yet my psychotherapists think im a severe case. so im kinda stuck in a rut.
any suggestions welcome x
