sorry that i havent been on, on chat or anything, just cant at mo
im in real state
but finally going to docs today this late afternoon after taking all my strength to make an appointment, still not dressed or anything yet though but i am going to go get in shower now.
dont know wot they will say or do, as just everything going rubbish at moment absolutely everything, i dont know what to say or what i want so we shall see.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this at the moment.

I agree with the above, you do need to hit rock bottom before you're able to get to where you need to be. The only way is up.

yeh i thought id hit rock bottom before but now i feel it so much worse... so i fear if this is rock bottom or not.
i guess it can always get worser :(
