Cold/Bug/Flu

i noticed that there is alot of bugs cold and flu going round at the minuite me having the flu myself. i started to panic like mad yesterday at work i was sweating like mad all day felt horrible and at some points of the day felt really anxious and panicy but i rememberd that its just the flu a couple of years ago i would have gone to the A&E panicking that there was somthing major wrong with me but just making yourself know that it will go and relaxing is one way of dealing with it

I feel fluey at the moment too and sometimes struggle to leave it as just the flu always look at what flu is the symptom of! huff xxxxx well doen for beign strongxx

well day 3 into my cold/flu i now have a bad chest and coughing hard sweating alot still think im gona have a lemsip before i hit the bed allso i have vics all over my chest to give me that extra bit of breathing through the night :(
