Hi,

For two weeks now I've had almost constant eye ache in both eyes (behind eyes, and minor pain when moving my eyes far left, right or up), I get like a dull numb pain in temple (both sides), I've been seeing more and more floaters (never noticed them until a few weeks ago - seems like I get more and more) - I get random heart palpitations, I know this is anxiety, but I also get a feeling like my heart stops, and then beats a really hard beat then carries on, almost like it's skipping a beat it's terrifying.

I have really thick veins, and sometimes if I lay in bed with my arm behind my head, I get a really thick vein (or three), usually really hard like about to burst in my left shoulder/chest area near left shoulder.

Im 19, but I've always eaten pretty unhealthy, although am not over weight. (I'm obviously now trying to eat better). Worried I could have coronary artery disease, and perhaps poor blood supply to the head, brain aneurysm could be causing the pressure/pain behind eyes, and in temple?

Anyone experienced anything like this?

Definitely sounds like a tension headace - I'm suffering from one today and my vision is a bit blurry. I usually have some kind of headache or eye pain on a daily basis.
I'm certain you haven't got any disease or tumours but the more you worry about it the worse it will seem - I know it isn't easy.

Also, maybe you should try changing your diet - I know you are trying. I'm fairly healthy but I do get periods when I eat rubbish (it's a comfort thing) and I really suffer for it - I feel sluggish, tired and my headaches get worse. You'll be amazed by how much better you feel by making small changes. Another thing which I find great for headaches is a gel eye mask. I always keep one in the fridge and one in the freezer (depending on how bad it is) and they bring such relief! Anyway, hope you feel better soon. xx

Thanks =]

Have you/has anyone been experiencing eye floaters? I have two quite big ones, they look like a couple lines joined together by .cells? And then a couple small, and a few black dots in my eyes. Where I work looking at a PC screen all day, I always notice them, I'm teriffied of going blind !

Yep! I get them too - especially little black dots bouncing around everywhere. Anxiety and tired eyes can cause this especially if you're sat in front of a computer all day as I am when I'm at work. xx

Thanks - just saw optician for second opinion who said my eyes are fine, floaters are normal and I've probably had them for some time. I don't think Anxiety can cause them, but it makes us more likely to notice them
